Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a party?

You may fill out the Book Our Services section and select the package that works best for your needs. Please read all our FAQs before you book our services . Half of the package price will be a non-refundable deposit and it will be required at time of booking to hold your party date and time. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your party. Forms of payments inlude Zelle, debit & credit cards (no Amex or personal checks)

What if my party attendees are less than the actual party package?

Parties may be scheduled for 5,10, 12 guests. If less than the minimum attend to your party, you will still be charged for your actual party package. If any attendees don’t show up the day of the party, partial credit will not be refunded for the guests who are not present.

What happens if my party has more than 10 guests?

Due to limits in the time and space you might need double booking, please contact me for pricing.

When is the final payment due?

The remaining balance will need to be paid completely a 3 days before the party if you are paying through our website or the day of the party prior spa services if you are paying in cash. If you book our services within a week of your party date, full balance needs to be paid at the time of your booking.

What happens if I need to cancel my party?

Deposits are non-refundable. However, all cancellations and rescheduling must be at least 3 days prior your party date in order to apply your deposit towards your new booking, valid up to one year from the date of the party. We will make every attempt to reschedule your party within this time frame.

What happens if a party is cancelled due to bad weather or mechanical failure?

If Mia’s Dream Spa & Party Bus cannot make it to your party due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen mechanical failure, we will return your full deposit or make alternate party arrangements that accommodates to your needs and the party hostesses.

When do I give you my final head count for the party?

For planning purposes we determine head count when you book your birthday party based on the package you chose, a final headcount is needed prior you pay the remaining balance a week before your actual party (if you are adding extra guests). We will arrange party supplies and spa apparel based on your final headcount.

What do I need to do to prepare for the party?

Please have all nail polish removed from hands and feet. A bathroom break is recommended right before the services to prevent interruptions. Have the party area and/or driveway clear for setup.

Where are the parties held?

Parties are held at you home in the driveway, parked in front the house or at your preferred venue. Remember we bring the spa party to you! Please leave enough space for us to park on flat land where we will not be blocked. You are responsible for securing parking space and getting parking permit (if needed).

Is there space for the parents to stay in the spa bus?

Due to limited work space, only one adult is allowed to stay inside the bus during spa services if desired, but feel free to request a Zoom link before your party for the rest of the parents.

Can I bring in outside food and drink?

Only bottled water or juice box beverages are allowed into our spa bus. No FOOD allowed other than your birthday cake (optional) to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY at the end of spa services.

What areas we cover?

Mia’s Dream Spa & Partys Bus covers Palm Beach and Broward County. You may ask us for availability if you live in another area.

Is there a Travel Charge?

The first 25 miles from zip code 33411 are free. We charge a travel fee of $3 per mile after the first 25 miles. All travel mileage calculated by suggested routes of Maps App.

Is it ok to tip my party coordinator?

Although not required, a cash gratuity (not a credit card charge) for your party coordinator is always appreciated for your heart desire. Also, a google or website review means the world to us.

How many hostesses will be present?

Depending on the package you choose 2-3 hostesses will be available.

Is there an age limit?

All guests must be between the ages of 4-14.
